The City of ELk River supports one <br />entity responsible for coordinating youth organized sports for the ontfl'e <br />Distr~ct 728 School District, with each community within the school diet,Set <br />doing their share to support these activities. <br /> <br />I am aware [hat La the past the City of Eamsey baa been asked to contribute <br />cash to the 728 Area Park and Recreation Commission, however, there are <br />n~_merous other options by which the City of Ramsey could support that <br />portion of their population that utilizes the District 728 prog-rams. <br /> <br />We look forward to discussing this issue with you on March Sth. The Park <br />and l~ecreation Commission may also want to b,~iefly touch on how to tie <br />Kamsey~s anti Elk River's trail systems together.
