The purpose has been to provide <br />for collective analygt, s of the site and also to provide residents an informal way to interact with the <br />Commission. The ineetings have been scheduled at the regular time of 6:00 p.m., the second <br />Thursday of the mohth. The agenda and postings have announced that in the case of inclement <br />weather, the meetin~ would be conducted at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers the same night, <br />although this hasn't l~eeurred. <br /> <br />The topic of outdoor' meetings in 1995 will be discussed during Commission input at April <br />regular meeting (6:Q0 p.m., Council Chambers). The Commission should determine the meeting <br />site(s) early, (assum!ng an outdoor schedule is desired) so that a notice(s) can be published in the <br />Ramsey Resident. <br /> <br />The Mayor and Citx: Council are receiving this correspondence so' that they may remind residents <br />(as they have) of ther[Park and Recreation Commission's accessibility. <br /> <br /> <br />
