Mr. Jankowski!stated that maintenance is the kind of thing you want to do prior to having a <br />problem. <br /> <br />Scott Simpsoni 15952 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, stated he is adjacent to Xenon <br />Street and he hits a real problem being assessed for this project because his driveway is not <br />on that street. ~Ie stated that the road is six years old and it's been sealcoated once. He <br />suggested the r Dad is in beautiful condition, people are roller blading on it. He stated there <br />are no cracks ~ the road and inquired how to get off the list of being assessed for it. He <br />realizes that hl cannot change the placement of the road but, in his opinion he never uses it <br />and should not be assessed for it. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski ;istated that the road was built in 1990 and has never been sealed. There are <br />cracks in the road - small ones - however, if they are left, they will get larger. <br /> <br />Mr. Simpson stated he walked the road and there are no cracks. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated he has also walked the road and there are indeed cracks in it. <br /> <br />Mr. Simpson s~ted he doesn't see anything wrong with the road and wants to know why <br />he is being cha~ged for it when he is next to it, not on it. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski ~[explained that Mr. Simpson has frontage onto Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br />and a side yard adjacent to the street. The Road and Bridge Committee, earlier this <br />evening, disculsed the assessment procedure, particularly corner lots. The Committee <br />requested moreitime to review the procedures.
