Hopefully at the rehearing, the court will grant the City an <br />injunction to ha~e Mr. Holmberg's business moved to another site. <br />Mayor Hardin i~quired if there is a chance the court will not hear the issue again. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich r~plied there is a chance. <br /> <br />5) AccessOry Apartment <br /> <br />Councilmembei' Peterson inquired if there will be a public hearing regarding accessory <br />apartments. <br /> <br />It was stated that the Planning Commission may have had a public hearing on it. <br /> <br />Councilmembee Peterson stated that if they did not, perhaps Council should have one. <br /> ; <br />Motion by Cou~cilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to authorize <br />Staff to publicize a public hearing for an accessory apartment for the March 28, 1995 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.i Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Zimmerm~. Zimmerman commented that he had noted somewhere that Mr. <br />Tinklenberg was going to be here to speak on behalf of the North Metro Mayor's <br />Association. ~ <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated that Mr. Tinklenberg is scheduled to appear at the next meting. <br /> <br />7) Commendation for the Ramsey Fire Department <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin r~ad a letter from Mr. Jerry Dettinger, ParaBody, commending the Ramsey <br />Fire Departmen~t for their fast arrival and quick appraisal of the situation and also their <br />professionalismiat the fire experienced by ParaBody.
