P-3 - Autumn Heights <br /> <br />In 1995, several safety improvements are programmed for Central Park. In 1997, $80,000 is <br />allocated out of the~andfill Trust Fund to complete the portion of the ltasca/Ermine trail loop <br />between Autumn Heights Park and Central Park and providing pedestrian access from Central ~ark <br />to Variolite Street lq.W. and the St. Anthony Gun Club. It is further projected that in the >ears <br />1996 and 1998, a sacond phase of Central Park will be developed, or ballfield lighting will be <br />expanded, increasin~g ballfield development and similar services at Central Park. The completed park will realize a ballfield/soccer field, trail system, picnic <br />and playground are~, a shelter and parking lot. While origi.nally projected as a 1993 development, <br />improvements willibe completed as park dedication revenue becomes available. It is proposed to <br />develop the Wood .Pond Hills trail system in 1995 through use of Intergovernmental Revenues and <br />Land.fill Trust Funfl dollars for the local match. This trail system will include components along <br />County Road #1161 Trunk Highway ~4.7, and skirting the wetlands north of Ramsey'Terrace south <br />of the Wood Pond tHills and east of the Wood Pond projects housing subdivision, connecting the <br />Ramsey Elementar~ School, the Emerald Pond Park, Flintwood Hills Park and River's Bend Park. <br />In 1996, it is prop{bsed that Flintwood Hills Park, at the intersection of Dysprosium Streec'N.W. <br />and 142nd Avenu~ N.W., receive a $32,000 playground and shelter improvement'utilizing Tax <br />Increment dollars aJs this subdivision was a Tax Increment Project. The last projected improvement <br />in this district is a/1996, $51,000 Park Trust Fund improvement entitled The Sunfish Lake Trail, <br />which is intended !to connect to the Wood Pond Hills trail system and the Ramsey Elementary <br />School concurrent !with the development of available land north of Sunwood Drive N.W., south of <br />153rd Avenue N.W. and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
