P-7 - Demarest Brook <br /> <br />Located in the De~arest Brook district is the Fox Ridge Estates subdivision that was developed in <br />1991 and 1992 with a small neighborhood park designated just off Trunk Highway #47. This is <br />an area of the community currently void of any park development, therefore, it is projected that <br />funds be allocated ;-'for 1995 in order to develop the Fox Park and portions of the trail system <br />leading to this parklarea. Currently located in the district are the Traprock <br />and Titterud Parka.. It <br />is proposed that in 2996, from Landfill Trust Funds, $10,000 be allocated to pave the Bear Park <br />parking lot serving the earlier development of the ballfield. <br /> <br />Project - Rum.
