This is expected to increase to 1,132 in <br />1995 and 1,312 in 't. x996. The water system was first developed in 1984. In 1994, due to rapid customer growth, the City provided <br />for a permanent connect, to the Anoka system constructed for peak and emergency use [at T.H. <br />10 at the Anoka/Ramsey A temporary connection is also available at T.H. 47 and C.R. <br />116. <br /> <br />The above allows for delays in <br />frame.
