PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planging Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, September 5, 1995 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear <br />input regarding a ~equest for a home occupation permit; case of Susan Maxson. <br /> <br />Members Present:, <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Susan Maxson of 8131 - 154th Lane N.W. has applied <br />for a home occup~[tion permit to establish and operate a dog grooming service in the lower level of <br />her home. The agplicant would be operating the business 2-3 days a week. Ms. Frolik advised <br />there were no writ[en or verbal comments received from the notified residents. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the public <br />hearing, r <br /> <br />Motion carried,r Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Thorud, and Terry.
