Subdivision - Design Standards § 9.50.30 <br /> <br />If residential, state type and number of dwelling units. <br />Furnish sufficient details for all types of usage in order to <br />reveal the effect of the Subdivision development on traffic, <br />fh'e protection and density of population; <br />Source of water supply; <br />Facilities for sewage disposal; <br />Such other information as shall be requested by the <br />planning commission or city engineer. <br /> <br />9.50.04 Final plat. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Procedure. Prior to the Council approval of a final <br />plat, the following procedures shall be followed: <br /> <br /> a Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Council, the <br /> zoning officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said <br /> approv .................... a <br /> ',*~'~:~:",'"'-~* Within one (1) year following <br /> approving v <br /> approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall file six (6) <br /> copies of the final plat with the zoning officer. Thereafter, the <br /> Council may extend the period upon written application by the <br /> subdivider and subject to all applicable performance conditions <br /> and requirements, or the Council may require submission of a <br /> new application unless the Council f'mds that substantial activity <br /> and investment has occurred in reasonable reliance on the <br /> approved application and the subdivider will suffer substantial <br /> financial damage as a consequence of a requirement to submit a <br /> new application.
