A <br />comparison of current traffic volumes and available capacity of existing roads indicated that <br />key roads in Ram~ey operate at LOS "C" or better. Analysis of the 2010, daily traffic <br />forecast for TH 4'~, between CSAH 5 and CR 116, indicated an increase from 8,800 to <br />14,530 vehicles p~r day. By itself, this increase is not critical, because the traffic-carrying <br />capacity of this segment' of TH 47 will accommodate the forecast volume at acceptable LOS <br /> <br />Other issues, suc~ as the design and geometrics of this segment of TH 47 and future <br />development oppdrtunities, when combined with the 65 percent increase in daily traffic, are critical. <br /> <br />Page 3-15 <br /> <br /> <br />
