Councllmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-02- RESOLUTIOi~ APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOT ASPHALT MIX PRODUCTION BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # ,,AND DECLARING TERMS PLANT, OF SAME WHERE~S, Commercial Asphalt (the "Permit Holder") has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "~ity") for a conditional use permit on the property legally described as follows: The most ~outheasterly 20 acre parcel of the following described property: Lot 3, AIJ)DITORS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30, according to the map or plat thereof on file and &f record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota.
