Because of <br />the nature of the street assessment, the policy of the <br />City is that street project costs and revenues are put into <br />the City's Public Improvement Revolving Fund for the <br />offset of future City costs as it relates to streets. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen noted that in the boundaries of the <br />proposed Northfork Moors plat there is a small section of north- <br />south trail corridor omitted in the most southeasterly point of the <br />plat. The Commission noted that the Comprehensive Parks and <br />Trails Map on display in Council Chambers also omits this same <br />north-south trail connection on the south side of Lake Itasca. <br /> <br />Research whether the drainage system ouffall from the wetland <br />system constructed as a part of the Amber Ridge subdivision is <br />functioning properly. A cleaning of the system has been <br />scheduled. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the developer <br />address the off-street parking issue, as discussed, and make any <br />recommended amendments to Parkshire North as directed by the <br />Park and Recreation Commission before proceeding to preliminary <br />plat. <br /> <br />Commissioners Bawden and Deemer expressed interest in attending <br />the annual area planning conference in Otsego; please register them. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for Wendell's contingent <br />upon modifying the site plan and the grading and drainage plan to <br />comply with the recommendations of the Anoka County Highway <br />Department and said grading and drainage plan will be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows 3rd <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Whitetail Meadows. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Putter's Field. Execuie <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council adopted the findings of fact and the issuance of a <br />conditional use permit to Commercial Asphalt. <br /> <br /> <br />
