The site will be <br />served by municip~ utilities. <br /> <br />A lighting and waste storage plan were not included on the site plan. <br /> <br />The site plan refereOaces a future 2nd story to the building for a proposed building height of 55 feet. <br />City Code restricts ~tmctures to 35 feet in height This issue should be resolved with the applicant. <br /> <br />The City Engineerlhas reviewed and approved the conceptual drainage plan which directs storm <br />mn-off into a large[regional detention basin located south of the property.
