Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-06-._ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION iAPPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ST~RE COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING EQUIPMENT IN THE R-1 <br />RURAL RESIDI~NTIAL DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT ~.__, AND <br />DECLARING TI~.RMS OF SAME <br /> WHEREAS, Michael Bahn has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a <br />conditional use perrg~ it to store commercial landscaping equipment on the property generally known <br />as 14911 Juniper Ri~dge Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 8, Blocl~ 4, Rum Acre Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Site"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~;, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, conducted the public <br />hearing and recomn'}ended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAM~EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit to store two 2-1/2 ton <br />single-axle ~iump trucks, one bobcat, and one 14-foot bobcat trailer is hereby granted to <br />Michael Barn, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 14911 Juniper Ridge Drive <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, ~xcept that in the case of death should a surviving spouse or child residing at <br />the same adciress desire to continue the use, written notice to that effect shall be given to the <br />City AdminiStrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without <br />further hearing. <br /> <br />Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />4. There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />There shall be no other exterior storage of materials or equipment related to the operation of <br />the landscaping business. <br /> <br />That the twoi2-1/2 ton single-axle dump trucks, one bobcat, and one 14-foot bobcat trailer <br />shall be stor~d on the Site in an area that best provides screening of the equipment from <br />public view. <br /> <br />That the peri'nit Holder shall observe all off-street parking and road weight restriction <br />regulations. ' <br /> <br />That the City Administrator or his designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance ~d safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />All City exp~.~ses incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit shall <br />be paid by thc Permit Holder. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and u~'pon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />q <br /> <br /> <br />
