Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Putter's Field. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council tabled the request to rezone certain property from B-3 <br />Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential; case of Super Bowl, <br />Inc. and Fitzsimonds Builders, Inc. at the applicant's request. <br />Findings of fact - Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP for a <br />group foster care home: The Planning Commission approved 1-10, <br />and directed Staff to amend the following: (11) "That permitting a <br />multi-family use in a single family residential zone is not consistent <br />with the intent and purposes of the City's Zoning Chapter, and it <br />is not in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan." (12) <br />"That the City has not permitted other multi-family units in a single <br />family residential zone since 1976, and that there are no <br />provisions in the City ordinances for multi-family uses <br />without city sewer and water." The Planning Commission <br />voted to recommend that City Council adopt the amended findings <br />of fact relating to Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP. Forward <br />to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />Deny Patrick McLafferty's request for a conditional use permit <br />based on the negative findings of fact. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of fact - Polka Dot Dairy/Wayne Johnson's request to <br />rezone certain property from B-1 Business to B-2 Business: The <br />Planning Commission approved 1-3 and 5-6, and directed Staff to <br />amend the following: (4) "That the total area of the Subject <br />Property to be rezoned is approximately 2.5 acres in size." (7) <br />Omit the wording "and is in the process of being rezoned from <br />residential to limited commercial." (8) "That the proposed zoning <br />amendment will not substantially adversely impair the use or <br />market value of any surrounding property." (9) "That the proposed <br />zoning amendment will not change the essential character of the <br />area." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the amended findings of fact relating to Polka Dot <br />Dairy/Wayne Johnson's request for rezoning. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from Polka Dot Dairy to rezone certain property <br />from B-1 Business to B-2 Business.
