Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-06-.._ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO STORE COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT IN THE R-1 RURAL <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #, ., AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Don Godden has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a <br />conditional use permit to store a semi-tractor and trailer on the property generally known as 9027 <br />176th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 6, Block 1, Countryside Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Site"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit to store a semi-tractor and <br />trailer is hereby granted to Donald Godden, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at <br />9027 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death should a surviving spouse or child residing at <br />the same address desire to continue the use, written notice to that effect shall be given to the <br />City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without <br />further hearing. <br /> <br />3. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />4. There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br /> <br />54 <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of equipment or materials related to the operation of the <br />semi~t~actor and trailer. <br /> <br />64 <br /> <br />That the semi-tractor and trailer shall be stored on the Site in an area that best provides <br />screening of the equipment from public view. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder shall observe all off-street parking and road weight restriction <br />regulations. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator or his designee shall have the right to inspeci the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any t/me upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />All City expenses incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit shall <br />be paid by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
