Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-06-._ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXPAND A CHURCH FACILITY IN THE R-1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Grace Community Bible Church has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a conditional use permit to expand the church facility on the property generally known as 6341 t67th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: The west 396 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, conducted the public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact it , a conditional use permit to expand the church facility to include a recreational activity room is hereby granted to Grace Community Bible Church, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 6341 167th Avenue N.W. The construction of the addition to the church on the Subject Property shall not commence until such time as site plan approval has been obtained from the Ramsey City Council and a building permit has been properly issued. The addition to the church facility shall be constructed in accordance with the approved site plan. Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facility shall be the responsibility of the Permit Holder. 5. Adequate paved off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. That the City Administrator or his designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. All City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit shall be paid by the Permit Holder. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the . . day of June, 1995.
