C.S.~.H. #116. The remainder of the lots will receive public access from <br /> the e~xtension of Sunwood Drive to Ramsey Blvd. N.W. The plat shows a <br /> curv~ in Sunwood Drive beginning at the eastern boundary of the ~lat to ' <br /> conn~ect to the planned intersection point on Sunwood Drive and C.S.A.H. <br /> #11~. This curve should have a minimum 500 foot radius, which would <br /> requ~e starting the curve approximately 70 to 80 feet west of the eastern <br /> boufidary, rather than at the eastern boundary as shown. Also, the <br /> proposed intersection of Sunwood Drive with C.S.A.H. #56 falls at a point <br /> whid. h is roughly six inches lower than the high point on C.S.A.H. #56. <br /> The .~dequacy of the sight distance to the south should be confirmed. The <br /> County has been provided with a copy of this plat for comment. <br /> <br />6. Park Dedication: The plat will be reviewed by the Park Commission at <br /> it's ~!egular meeting June. There is a substantial wetland area in the <br /> nortl east comer of the plat that is proposed to be dedicated for open space <br /> purp >ses.
