Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 984-240 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rum River Hills Associates has applied for a Planned Unit <br />Develo~ent (P.U.D.) permit for a P.U.D. to be known as Rum River Hills, which <br />P.U.D. is proposed to be located on the following property located in the City <br />of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />"Anderson" Parcels: <br /> <br />Part of Lots 10 and 11., Block 1, of the duly recorded plat <br />of White-Pines Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota.
