<br />"Zoning Lot. A single tract of land located
<br />within a single block,i which (at the time of fil-

<br />owner or developer ~s a tract to be used, de-
<br />veloped or built upoN as a unit, under single
<br />ownership or control,i Therefore, a 'zoning lot'
<br />may or may not coind~ide with a lo~ of record.
<br /> "Lot. A parcel of ~ubdivided or unsubdivided
<br />land o~ record in the Office of the Recorder
<br />of Deeds of Cook CoUnty, Illinois, or registered
<br />in the Office of thee Registrar of Titles in
<br />Cook County, Illinois,! which is occupied or in-
<br />tended for occupanc~ by one main building or
<br />one main use, with dr without accessories, in-
<br />cluding such a~
