subject property ~o a P.U.D. zone, Developer shall simultaneously <br />record a notice acceptable to the City Attorney, which notice <br />shall put the public on notice that no conveyance of any of <br />the property in plat shall be permitted unless and until the <br />City's aforedescribed P.U.D. zoning ordinance becomes effective. <br /> <br /> 5. Ees_tricti_va_Covenants Contemporaneously with and <br />immediately following the recording of the plat, and other <br />documents of conveyance as contemplated by this instrument, <br />Developer shall execute and cause to be recorded protective <br />covenants in a form and manner identical to Exhibit "B" hereto <br />attached. <br /> <br /> 6. ~eteritionmf..Private. Drainfield Easements <br />Notwithstanding any of the language in this agreement to the <br />contrary, Developer shall, in any conveyance of Outlots A, B, and <br />D, retain, for the benefit of Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, Block 4, <br />Block 5, and Block 6, the right to construct and maintain private <br />drainfields or drainfield extensions serving private sewer <br />systems which may be located in any of the lots contained in said <br />blocks.
