In the <br />event the Committee fails to approve or disapprove within thirty <br />(30) days after plans and specifications have been submitted to <br />it, or within thirty (30) days after application in writing is <br />otherwise made to ir, or in any event, if no suit to enjoin the <br />construction has been oonmenced prior to the completion thereof, <br />approval will not be required, and related covenants shall be <br />dee~ not to have been violated. <br /> <br /> 7.
