Final Landscape Plan <br /> <br /> The f'mal landscape plan shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals 50 <br /> feet and shall contain the following information: <br /> 1. Finish floor elevations of all buildings; <br /> 7. Identify softs by type and location, including identification of the <br /> water table, and suitability of soil for the proposed development; <br /> and <br /> 8. Identify any areas located in a flood hazard zone as identified by <br /> the Department of NatumI Resources. <br /> <br /> d. Floor Plans and Elevations <br /> <br /> All floor plans and elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and shall <br /> include the following information: <br /> 1. Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of alt <br /> proposed'rooms; and <br /> 2. Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying exterior <br /> treatment, material(s), and paint color. <br /> <br /> e.
