Public Hearing <br />Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />City Attorney Goodrich reviewed the staff report. He noted a representative from Hageman <br />Holdings LLC is present and may be asked to speak. <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the bonds have not yet been sold, which prohibits knowledge <br />of the interest rate. The Bond will be sold August 9. Since the case was prepared, the owner has <br />agreed to eliminate a portion of the resolution due to a portion not listed in the assessment <br />agreement. The function of the Council is to adopt the assessment roll, which is $1,701,077.34. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Backous, Wise, McGlone, and <br />Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:24 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:24 p.m. <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted there have been changes to the Resolution in paragraph 2, and <br />paragraph 3 was simplified. <br />Finance Director Lund agreed with the changes. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution #11 -07 -136 <br />which Resolution is adopting the Assessment Roll for City Public Improvement Project 11 -21 as <br />amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Backous, McGlone, and <br />Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig <br />City Council / July 26, 2011 <br />Page 5 of 9 <br />
