Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />PERMIT TO GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Findings of Fact # <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 95-08- adopting <br />for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1995, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Good Value Homes, Inc. ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Chestnut Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesotm <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26 Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of County Ditch g43. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This permit shall expire on December 1, 1995 and the Permit Holder shah be responsible <br />for providing the City with at least 48 hours advance notice of the date of commencement <br />of operations. <br /> <br />All grading operations shall be conducted in accordance with the grading plan dated August <br />1, 1994 prepared by Passe Engineering, Inc. The proposed area to be graded is roughly <br />sixty-five (65) acres in size. Excavation of the entire area shall be permitted. Continuation <br />of grading shall require finished grade areas to be restored with six (6) inches of topsoil, <br />seed and disc anchored mulch. <br /> <br />All equipment used for grading and hauling operations shall be maintained and operated in <br />such a manner to minimize noise, dust, and vibrations adversely affecting surrounding <br />properties. All equipment shall be kept in good repair. Failed equipment and rubbish shall <br />be removed from the worksite regularly. <br /> <br />The haul reute, ingress and egress, shall be as follows: south on Potassium Street N.W, <br />west on 145th Lane N.W., and continuing west on Sunwood Drive to Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />All worksites shall be properly safeguarded to prevent the general public from depositing <br />garbage or other refuse on the worksite. <br /> <br />Existing tree and groundcover shall be preserved to the extent feasible. <br /> <br /> <br />
