Councilmember Peterson requested information on why it's 600' for cul-de-sac length - From a planning standpoint - should we keep it at that - what's the reason for it He would also like input from public works people and emergency people. Include the letters from residents in with the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting dated June 21, 1995. With regard to amending the thoroughfare setbacks, the Planning Commission voted to delete #3 which reads "On County Roads gl 16 and #56 - adopt the County policy of 60 feet from the centerline of the right-of-way plus the City's standard setback and to the 4th sentence - remove the period after centerline and add "of the fight of way". With regard to the request for a variance - Jeffrey Wise - the Board of Adjustment voted to approve numbers 1 through 14 in the affirmative. Execute Resolution ~/05-06-124 (HendriksentrBawden/Holland and LaDue absent) adopting Findings of Fact 80377 relating to the Jeffrey and Teri Wise request for a variance. The following amendments were made to the resolution approving the issuance (Jeff Wise) - #2 should read: The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than one hundred (100) feet from the front property line. Add #6 to read: Accept Exhibit as survey. Execute Resolution #95-06-125 (B awden/Terry/Holland and LaDue absent) approving the issuance of a variance and declaring terms of same. Notify applicant.
