Utilities: The developer is proposing to install the public improvements (streets, storm <br />sewer, sewer and water) with no financial participation on the part of the City. A petition <br />requesting the extension of the municipal services to the property should be submitted and <br />signed by all affected property owners. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The plat will be reviewed by the Park and Recreation Commission at their <br />regular meeting in September and their recommendation will be available prior to the <br />preliminary plat public hearing. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:~30 p.m.' on Tuesday, September 5, 1995, to <br />consider your request for sketch plan approval of Brandseth.
