They also directed staff to draft a policy to <br />establish a procedure for the use of temporary structures in any <br />district in the event of disaster. The policy should be written to give <br />staff the authority to approve the permit in the case of an <br />emergency. This would avoid the applicant having to wait for the <br />next meeting or paying the charge of having a special meeting. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for Dennis Sharp & <br />Associates for Carbon Product Technology on Lot 3, Block 1, <br />Ramsey Business Park 95, contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff review letter dated August 31, 1995. Execute <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for Command Corporation <br />on Lot 2, Block 1, Business Park 95, contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Staff review letter dated August 31, and a permit form <br />the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed modification to the phasing plan <br />and the building design for Anchor's Away in Deal Industrial Park. <br />Council suggested putting textured concrete on part of the front <br />wall. Notify applicant. <br /> <br />Council approved the modification to the structure design for the <br />expansion to the Grace Community Bible Church. Notify <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Council adopted Ordinance #95-14 rezoning certain property in <br />Riverside West from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g95-09-208 (Zimmerman/Beyer/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact g0386 relating to a request for a home occupation <br />permit at 8131 - 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #95-09-209 (Beyer/Zimmerman/All) approving <br />the issuance of a home occupation at 8131 - 154th Lane N.W., <br />based on findings of fact, and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />2/ <br /> <br /> <br />
