Properties has applied to rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 <br />lying south of Rfverdale Drive N.W. from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Observations:: <br /> <br />Prior to the City!s extension of Riverdale Drive N.W., the subject property was one parcel with the <br />property now lo~ated on the north side of Riverdale Drive N.W. That part of the property on the <br />north side of Ri~/erdale Drive will retain ifs commercial zoning. <br /> <br />The parcel proposed to be rezoned meets the minimum area and dimensional requirements for a <br />single family residential lot in the Critical River corridor. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) Proposed findings of fact <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the proposed rezoning. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Recormnend that City Council adopt Resolution 4/95-10- adopting Findings of Fact ~ <br /> relating ~ a request from L.A.N.D.
