It is declared unlawful for any person to violate any of <br /> <br />the terms and provisions of this section. Violation thereof shall be a misdemeanor, each day that a <br />violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of this section.
