10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That no other heavy industrial uses in the area are required to regularly clean City streets <br />used to access their respective businesses. <br /> <br />That the City has received no complaints regarding operations since the establishment of the <br />Applicant's conditional use. <br /> <br />That there are no residential properties affected by operations at thc Applicant's facility. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit wi/I/will not cause a substantial <br />increase in U'affic to and from the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will/will not cause the use to be <br />unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons working in the vicinity of the use, or <br />to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That if approved, the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will/will not <br />change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will/will not cause the need for <br />excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services and it <br />will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will/will not involve uses, <br />activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that will be <br />detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive <br />production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of. . ,1995. <br /> <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />/? <br /> <br /> <br />
