bo <br /> <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CITY CODE CHAPTER 9 <br /> <br />In the Urban Residential District no outside storage of any motor vehicles or equipment <br />shall be pemaitted EXCEPT as follows: <br /> <br />1. CUrrently licensed motor vehicles may be stored outside. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Eqtlipment, the primary purpose of which is for residential/private transportation <br />use ior personal recreational use, may be stored outside, but then only if parked on a <br />bituminous paved or concrete surface. <br /> <br />In the Rural Residential District, on parcels less than three (3) acres in size, no outside <br />storage of any motor vehicle or equipment shall be permitted, EXCEPT as follows: <br /> <br />1. cun~ntly licensed vehicles may be stored outside. <br /> <br />2. On~ unlicensed motor vehicle may be stored outside. <br /> <br />3. Eqa~ipment, the primary purpose of which is for residential/private transportation <br /> use or personal recreational use, may be stored outside. <br /> <br />In the Rural Residential District, on parcels three (3) acres in size or larger, no outside <br />storage of any motor vehicle or equipment shall be permitted, EXCEPT as follows: <br /> <br />1. currently licensed vehicles may be stored outside. <br /> <br />One unlicensed motor vehicle may be stored outside. <br /> <br />Equipment, the primary purpose of which is for residential/private transportation <br />use or personal recreational use, may be stored outside. <br /> <br />Commercial motor vehicles and commercial equipment may be stored outside only <br />under the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The vehicles and/or equipment shall be screened to a degree of 100% <br />opacity from adjacent parcels, public property or rights of way. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The vehicles and/or equipment shall be stored only on the side yard or rear <br />yard of the subject property and said items shall be stored only on a <br />bituminous paved, concrete, con bit or prepared gravel or other City <br />approved equivalent surface. <br /> <br />'7/ <br /> <br /> <br />
