Any Premises intended for human occupancy must provide for <br />an adequate method Of sewage treatment. Public or municipal collection and treatment facilities <br />must be used where ~ailable and feasible. Where public or municipal facilities are not available, <br />all on-site individua~ sewer treatment systems shall conform to the minimum standards and <br />administration pr°C~ures set forth in other applicable Ramsey regulations and the minimum <br />standards of the Milanesota Pollution Control Agency (MN Rules, Chapter 7080, Individual <br />Sewage Treatment S~,stems Standards) and {}9.23.06 of this Section. <br /> <br /> <br />
