Other governmental open spa.ce recreational uses <br /> Subd. 8 Enforcement. It is declared unlawful for any person to violate any of <br />the terms and provisions of this section. Violation thereof shall be a misdemeanor, each day that a <br />violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br /> 1 In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of this section.
