The property is located in the northwest comer of the <br />intersection of M~Kinley Street and Uranium Street N.W. The site will have one access onto each <br />street. The follov~ing items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Si~ location map (Business Park 95 & proposed EDM site) <br /> b) Sitg plan (5 sheets) <br /> c) Oily Staff review letter dated November 29, 1995 <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />Site plans are not g'equired to be subjected to public hearings. In addition, the surrounding pareels <br />are zoned Industrial and this development would have no peculiar impact on any adjacent industrial <br />property. Therefore, no notice of the pending development to adjacent parcels was necessary. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed project meets City Code requirements for lot coverage, setbacks, architectural <br />standards, landscaping, waste storage, and paved and curbed off-street customer/employee parking <br />spaces and loading~areas. <br /> <br />The drainage will [be handled by a detention pond Constructed on the southeast comer of the <br />property, which ca~ be expanded and incorporated into a regional stormwater system. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommtnds site plan approval. <br /> <br /> CommissiOn Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Recommend that City Council grant site plan approval to Automated E.D.M. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />PC: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />I2/5/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
