Submittal Information The site plan/building design application shall show <br />provisions for the following improvements which shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the relevant criteria prescribed herein: <br /> <br />Landscape plan, including any buffer areas, screening, existing trees to <br />be preserved and new plantings; <br /> <br />Location and site of any on-site septic system(s), plus area for two <br />additional systems; <br /> <br />3. Site access; <br /> <br />4. Loading docks; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Exterior lighting locations, specifications and diagrams of lighting <br />fixtures for the building, parking areas and site in general; <br /> <br />6. Bituminous or concrete surfaces and curbing; <br /> <br />7. Exterior Building elevations; <br /> <br />8. Waste storage area location and construction materials; <br /> <br />9. Site drainage; <br /> <br />10. A topographical map and grading plan; <br /> <br />11. Off-street parking and outside storage or display areas; <br /> <br />11. Calculations of projected water usage using Minnesota Pollution <br /> Control Agency and/or Minnesota Department of Health guidelines; <br /> and <br />12. Color rendering(s) and when requested by the City, colored material <br /> samples. <br /> <br />13. Traffic Generation Analysis as determined necessary by the City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Zoning Administrator Review. The applicant shall submit the <br />application materials for the proposed project to the Zoning Administrator at least thirty (30) <br />days prior to a regular Planning Commission meeting. The application materials shall consist of <br />the following: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Completed site plan application; and <br />Application fee and escrow deposit, in an amount as determined from time <br />to time by City Council resolution; and <br />Infm~ation as required by 9.03.06, subd. 1; and <br />Any other information determined necessary by the City. <br /> <br />34 <br /> <br /> <br />
