U~VIMAR~Y The following official summary of Ordinance 403-20 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as cleaHy informing the pub)ic of the intent · and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance//03-20 to amend and update Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Subsections 9.02 Definitions and 9.03 Administration. SECTION 2. E[FECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- licatJon, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
