Fences shall be subject to the <br />provisions found in Section 9.11.17. When a fence is used for <br />screening purposes, the bufferyard planting requirements may be <br />reduced by 10 percent from the stated minimum requirement. <br /> <br />4. Off-Street Loading: One off-street loading dock/berth shall be provided <br />for the first 10,000 square feet of floor area and one additional dock/berth <br />for each additional 25,000 square feet of floor area. Such loading berth/dock <br />shall be located in the rear or side wall of building. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. MA~P <br /> <br />The City Engineerl is hereby instructed to cause the amendments to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning M~p", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. A <br />listing, by parcel identification number, of the parcels to be zoned B-1 General Business and B~2 <br />Highway Business is attached to this ordinance as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #03-21 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramseyras clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-21 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to amend sub-section 9.20.21/B-1 Business District, repeal the existing <br />sub-section 9.20.22/B-2 Business District, and re-title, renumber, and amend the existing <br />9.20.23/B-3 Highway Business District to 9.20.22/B-2 Highway Business District. The <br />ordinance amends existing and/or establishes new performance standards for areas identified in <br />the 2001 Comprehensive Plan as places to shop. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
