Subd. 4. Accessory Uses (Subject to Standards established in Subd. 4 and <br /> Performance Standards established in §9.10) <br /> <br />a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to the <br /> principal use but such use shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the gross <br /> floor space of the principal use unless otherwise approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br />b. Open and outdoor areas for display of goods for sale and rental. <br /> <br />c. Off-street parking including semi-trailer tracks, as regulated and required by <br /> this Chapter. <br /> <br />d. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br />e. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br />f. Temporary seasonal sales <br /> <br />g.
