" ' ORDINANCE #03-26 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 7 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE LICENSING AND PERMITS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP- TER 7 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1..SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #03-26 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-26 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 7 (Licensing and Permits) to establish licensing provisions for all rental housing in the City of Ramsey. The proposed ordinance includes a fee struc- ture as well as provisions for inspection, violation, and appeal. SECTION 2. _EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
