O3-2~' CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTAB- LISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to that authority granted to the City by MSA 462.3 5 5, Subd. 4, entitled "Interim Ordinance." SECTION 2. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #03-27 [las been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-27 to establish an interim moratorium ordinance, north of T.H. 7410 and south of the BNSF Railroad from Ramsey's common border with Anoka to the common border with Elk River, for a 6 month period to protect the planning process during the preparation of the AUAR. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publi- cation according to law, subject to Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
