O3-2~' <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTAB- <br /> LISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE <br /> DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF <br /> LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This Ordinance is adopted pursuant <br /> to that authority granted to the City by <br /> MSA 462.3 5 5, Subd. 4, entitled "Interim <br /> Ordinance." <br /> SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #03-27 [las been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of <br />Ordinance #03-27 to establish an interim <br />moratorium ordinance, north of T.H. 7410 <br />and south of the BNSF Railroad from <br />Ramsey's common border with Anoka to <br />the common border with Elk River, for a 6 <br />month period to protect the planning <br />process during the preparation of the <br />AUAR. <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> This Ordinance shall take effect upon <br />adoption and thirty (30) days after publi- <br />cation according to law, subject to <br />Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota on the 22nd day of <br />July, 2003. <br />Thomas G.
