ORDINANCE #03-28 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CER- TAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILI- TY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.85 1. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utilif~y casement is hereby : vacated, to-wit: The southerly 5.00 feet of the PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION westerly 200.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview Bowl, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the westerly 10.00 feet thereof and the easterly 5.00 feet thereof. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
