AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- TA. The following legally described prop- erty is hereby rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Medium Density Residential: That part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of 153rd Avenue NW and lying easterly of the east- erly right of way line of Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 1, except that part thereof lying west of the follow- ins described line: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of said north half of the Southwest Quarter with the east line of said Anoka county Highway right-of-way Plat No. 1; thence easterly along the said north line 214.98 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence southerly at an angle to the left from said north line of 93 degrees 04 min- utes 26 seconds a distance of 76.19 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of said 153rd Avenue NW and said line there terminating. (the "Subject Proper[y") .SECTION 2, The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section . 9.20.04 of the City Code.
