Case #17: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Authgrizing the Sale of the Lot 1, Block 3, Sunfish Lake- <br />Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City has entered into a TIF agreement with Rum River <br />Dental Creations. As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to Lot' 1, Block 3, <br />Sunfish Lake Business Park to Rum River Dental Creations. On August 12, 2003, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Ordinance #03- <br />36 authorizing the sale of the Lot 1, Block 3, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Councilmember Zirmnerman aye <br />Councilmember Pearson aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #03- <br />08-224 authorizing the sale of Lot t, Block 3, Sunfish Lake Business Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #18: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of the Lot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City has entered into a TIF agreement with Cabinetry <br />Concepts, Inc. a Minnesota Corporation. As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title <br />to Lot 3, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition to Cabinetry Concepts.
