Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for ks adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #03-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />DAVID AND GALE HENNEK FOR AN OVERSIZED DETACHED ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING ON PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE METROPOLITAN URBAN <br />SERVICE AREA (MUSA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David and Gale Hennek (Permittee) have properly applied for a conditional <br />use permit to construct an oversized accessory structure on the property generally known as <br />16100 Wolfram St NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 2, Oakwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 2, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
