Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for ks adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #03-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />DAVID AND GALE HENNEK FOR AN OVERSIZED DETACHED ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING ON PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE METROPOLITAN URBAN <br />SERVICE AREA (MUSA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David and Gale Hennek (Permittee) have properly applied for a conditional <br />use permit to construct an oversized accessory structure on the property generally known as <br />16100 Wolfram St NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 2, Oakwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 2, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # a conditional use permit to construct an <br /> accessory structure on the Subject Property that will exceed the size restrictions is hereby <br /> denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council on this the <br />14th day of October, 2003. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />By: By: <br /> <br />Mayor City Clerk <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br /> <br />
