Chairperson introduced the ~ollowing resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-t0- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO WAYNE AND MARIAN' MELOCHE AT 17400 ERKIUM ST NW (PERMITTEE) FOR SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Bradley Wayne and Marian Meloche (Pmrnittees) have properly applied rbr a variance fi'om Section 9.50.30 of the Ramsey Civ- Code (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) to create a buildable lot without public road fkontage on the property' generally known as 17400 Erkium Street and legally described as fbllows: All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of Trott Brook rmming through said Government Lot 4 (consisting of approximately 30 acres) and together with an easement of road purposes over and across the west 66 feet of the east 250.8t feet of the Northwest Quarter of the South,vest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, Axqoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. (Subject Property) AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 2, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTlVlENT OF THE 'CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOIC~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to Subdivision Design Standards - Lots on the Subject Property is hereby approved.
