Chairperson introduced the ,.following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-10- A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO WAYNE AND MARIAN MELOCHE AT 17400 ERKIUM ST NW (PERMITTEE) FOR SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS AND DECLARING TE1;LMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Bradley Wayne and N[arian Me!oche (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.50.30 of the Ramsey City, Code (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) to create a buildable lot without public road frontage on the properts, generally known as 17400 Erkium Street and legally described as follows: All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of Trott Brook rurming through said Government Lot 4 (consisting of approximately 30 acres) and together with an easement of road purposes over and across the west 66 feet o£' the east 250.81 feet of the Northwest Quarter'of the Southwest Quarter. of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Milmesota, as measured at right angles to the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Soutt~west Quarter. (Subject Property) AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 2, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF IL~XMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to Subdivision Design Standards Lots on the Subject Property is hereby denied. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ~bllowing voted in favor thereof.' and the ~bllowing voted against the same: and the ~bllowing abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the 2nd day of October, 2003. 21
