Chairperson <br /> <br />introduced the ,.following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO WAYNE AND <br />MARIAN MELOCHE AT 17400 ERKIUM ST NW (PERMITTEE) FOR SUBDIVISION <br />DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS AND <br />DECLARING TE1;LMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Wayne and N[arian Me!oche (Permittees) have properly applied for <br />a variance from Section 9.50.30 of the Ramsey City, Code (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) <br />to create a buildable lot without public road frontage on the properts, generally known as 17400 <br />Erkium Street and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of <br />Trott Brook rurming through said Government Lot 4 (consisting of approximately 30 <br />acres) and together with an easement of road purposes over and across the west 66 <br />feet o£' the east 250.81 feet of the Northwest Quarter'of the Southwest Quarter. of <br />Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Milmesota, as measured at right <br />angles to the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Soutt~west Quarter. <br /> <br />(Subject Property) <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on October 2, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.07 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF IL~XMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to Subdivision Design Standards <br /> Lots on the Subject Property is hereby denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ~bllowing voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the ~bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the ~bllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 2nd day of October, 2003. <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> <br />
