Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-t0- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TIlE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEILEAS, Greg Bauer ("Permittee") have properly applied for a variance from <br />minimum street' fkontage and lot width requirements for a proposed a proposed lot in a new <br />subdivision. The subdivision will be located on property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 780107 feet of the east 526.49 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Mim~esota <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />That part of the south 333.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter o~' Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as <br />measured at right angles to the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter which lies 'westerly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter; thence north 89 degrees 02 minutes 35 seconds west, assumed bern'lng, <br />along the south line thereof 527.06 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be <br />herein described: thence north 29 degrees 10 minutes 38 seconds west 358.04 feet <br />to the north line o~' said south 333.00 feet and there terminating. Subject to <br />easements and restrictions of record, if any. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 2, 2003, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of t~act. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF IL~kMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on. Findings of Fact # , a vm'iance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br />requirements to construct a dwelling on the proposed Lot 2 of the new subdivision on the <br />Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />This variance shall automatically expire if it is not initiated by October 2, 2004, and <br />application tbr building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permirtee may petition fbr an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in <br />writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />¸3. <br /> <br />The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no ih~her building permits for <br />additional residential structures will be issued m~tii such time as the Subject Property is <br /> <br />35 <br /> <br /> <br />
