The following legally described prop- erty is hereby rezoned from Public/Quasi Public to R-1 Residential: The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County; Minnesota. -and- The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Townsbip 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to b'e shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code.
