Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09-244 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2004 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2004 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAl.
